Open AVG, then go to ''Tools'' and choose ''Advanced Settings''.

Next, look for ''Excluded files'' (It might say Exceptions instead) on the left and click it once.
Next click on ''Add'' on the right and it will allow you to choose which file you want to exclude.

In the window it brings up click on ''Computer'', then choose the
''C:'' drive and look for the ''Games Campus'' folder and double click it. Double click the ''Soul Masters'' folder and look for ''smc'', click it once then choose the ''Open'' option at the bottom.

After that click ''Apply'', and ''Ok'' and try updating again.

I take no credit for this post , its from some guy named Tr4ace. I figured this might be helpful for those having the same problem.

Lol... the steps just seems messy but in actual its really simple and besides uninstalling and installing it again, kinda waste of time and theres also update of AVG again....but then again whatever works best for individuals right...haha
